A number of Darebin Council services have been closed, since an announcement was made earlier this week (Tue., Jan. 18).

“If you need to see us in person, you can visit the Northcote Library between 10am and 5pm or call 8470 8888,” said a Council representative.

“We will do our best to continue to deliver your usual council services, however our hours and days may need to change as some of our staff are needing to isolate.

“Your health and safety and that of our staff is top priority, so we are taking every precaution to ensure services only open when it is safe to do so.

“Be kind to our (and all) frontline staff that deliver services to you directly as they also adjust to the changing conditions.”

“All changes to services will be posted across our social media channels, updated on the council website (http://ow.ly/ogXS50Hws1s) or you can call us to find out if the service you are looking for is open: 8470 8888,” the Council statement said.
